Rosette Bakery

Rosette Bakery is a bakery owned by Valerie's parents. It's connected to the Amaranth family's house, with the living area located on the second floor and the bakery on the ground level. Jonathan and Caroline Amaranth take on the vast majority of responsibilities, with Nolan, Valerie, and Diana helping out in their spare time.

Overview

Rosette Bakery is a small two-story building located on the south side of the city. Valerie and Diana typically work at the bakery on the weekends, and Nolan far more consistently helps out on days he doesn't have classes. During the course of the story, Valerie's other love interests pick up part time work at the bakery for a variety of reasons related to the circumstances of their routes.

Rosette Bakery has no required uniform, however, the unofficial style of dress is brown bottoms, an apron, and a pink or white top. Valerie generally chooses the uniforms for any new employees that she recruits.

Employees that work either temporary or due to special circumstances on their routes.

Zacharie Pelletier: Bakery clerk. Temporary worker in episode 11. Offered a job on their route.
Alex Harvey: Bakery assistant, baker apprentice. Temporary worker in episode 11. Offered a job on their route.
Liam Farrow: Bakery clerk, delivery driver. Employed in his route in order to teach him a lesson about class differences.
Marina Farrow: Special Cat Day Assistant.
Opal: Bakery clerk. Begins working in order to repay the family for taking him in.
