Diana is a fairy from planet Glimmer, and Princess Rosalia's most loyal and trusted knight. She is normally very serious, calm, and collected, but becomes impulsive and reckless when it comes to the princess.

Diana lives with Valerie's family, although they do not know it. She works at the bakery and cleans and makes sandwiches.

Biography

Diana is a fairy from Chalcedonia. She grew up in the same community as Amber, who was her hatchling cluster's mentor. As a child she and Amber always admired the Crystal Warriors and loved to hear the legends and stories about them.

Personality

Diana is cool-headed, loyal, and brave. She is serious and and puts her all into everything she does. She takes her work as a knight extremely seriously, often to comedic levels. Diana tries to keep up a cool headed and collected image, but she can be very reckless and impulsive, and doesn't often think things through. While Amber is quite logical despite her wild attitude, Diana tends to be rather emotionally motivated, punching now and asking questions later. She's very naive as well.

Diana thinks extremely highly of the Luminae and is a little insecure about herself as a fairy because of it. She tends to suppress her tics.

Civilian Skills

Diana is very athletic and agile, being able to jump high distances and maneuver herself with ease. She's a talented swordswoman and is very knowledgeable about the blade. She is also quite great at making sandwiches, even rivaling some of the royal chefs in the palace.

As a fairy, she has innate magic skills. She can teleport, sense Nightmares, and can shape-shift, although her magic is weaker and she isn't able to maintain as stable of a form as other fairies.

Style and Appearance

Diana has pale pink skin and bright pink hair. She has a very small, flat nose, and large blue eyes with slitted pupils. Her ears are pointed and have tufts of fur at the ends. She has faded heart shape markings around her eyes, fangs, claws, and pawpads on her hands. Her legs fade to white at the ankles and are covered in fur near the feet. When she is nervous or frightened, her tail tends to pop out.

Her clothing style is neat, orderly, and a little formal. She likes boyish clothing with check and tartan patterns. She hides her cat ears under various hats and hoodies.

Fairy Form

Her fairy form is that of a pink, chatolite fairy with dark pink tufts of fur sticking out of her ears, white-tipped paws and tail, a white belly, and dark pink heart-shaped markings around her eyes. She's average for a fairy, standing at about 10 inches in height. She has fuchsia paw-pads shaped like hearts and wears a purple cap with a feather sticking out and a purple cape tied with a big bow that holds her Heart Jewel.

Like all fairies, she can hover, teleport, shapeshift and sense Nightmares. Her human form is extremely unstable however, due to lack of skill shifting as well as undue stress on her body from suppression of her tic. She keeps her eye markings, claws, fangs, paw pads, and slitted pupils, and her ears and tail tend to pop out when she's nervous.

• Diana's name was originally "Alice", which was later reused for the character Alice Vasquez.
• Diana shapeshifts in her sleep
• Like Amber she has a verbal tic ("meow") that she suppresses.
