	The Nightmare Agency invade the Chalcedonian Palace, however, the princess Rosalia and her knight, Diana manage to escape. After being transported to Earth, Diana realizes Rosalia has disappeared. Meanwhile, Valerie wakes up late after having an unusual dream and rushes to school where she meets Zacharie. After being lectured on her grades, Sophie suggests she approach the Student Council President, Liam Farrow for help. After school, Val gets help from her classmate Alex Harvey in order to convince the cold Liam to help her with her studies. After receiving their information, Val reflects on her day when she bumps into an injured cat-like creature being attacked by a wolf-man, Opal. Valerie feels an intense desire to protect the kitten, causing the Miracle Link to appear and activating her ability to transform into the Crystal Warrior of Love and Hope, Diamond Heart. She defeats the monster and gains a mysterious jewelry box after the battle. Valerie then takes Diana home with her.

02	Big Trouble!! Diamond Heart's Secret Identity is Exposed!	Infinity Jester	Opal
	Valerie wakes up to see a humanoid Diana sleeping on her bed, shocked she kicks her off. Diana then properly introduces herself and explains that she needs her help to rescue the missing princess Rosalia. Later, Valerie meets Ethan and Sophie for a day at the mall for Sophie's birthday. Val wants to tell her friends about what happened but Diana urges her to keep her powers a secret. The rest of the day she struggles to keep her secret, but Sophie and Ethan quickly realize something is wrong. They also run into Clover Vermillion who freaks out at their conversation and promptly runs away. Afterward, the trio hang out at Sophie's house for a small party when Valerie senses a Nightmare. She runs off, but Sophie is suspicious, and with Ethan, they sneak and follow behind. Val transforms and her secret is revealed to the peeping Sophie and Ethan. Valerie has trouble beating the Nightmare when Sophie rushes in and unlocks the ability to transform into Sapphire Heart.

03	Clover, The Fairytale Princess	Nymphalidae Stellata	Onyx
	Sophie, Val and Ethan discuss what happened at Valerie's house. Sophie investigates the Miracle Links and asks Val what the jewelry box is for. Val tries to open it, however it the box is sealed shut. She then transforms into Diamond Heart and the box opens easily, revealing what looks like pieces of a broken stone. Val suddenly gets a headache and passes out. While she sleeps, she dreams about Princess Rosalia, but when she wakes up she has forgotten all about it. Later Valerie and her friends decide to go out to eat, on their way the run into the strange girl from the previous day who passive aggressively berates Val for her poor manners. At lunch Val notices the girl crying and slips out to console her. She introduces herself as Clover and reveals that she was upset due to her sister, Lotus, quitting her job in order to "protect" her. A new Nightmare Agent, Onyx, appears and tries to turn Clover into a Nightmare, but finds her Heart Jewel to be difficult to extract, so he turns Lotus instead. Valerie and Sophie fight the monster, however it is stronger than the last one and they are easily defeated. Clover begs him not to hurt them anymore and her powers activate transforming her into Amethyst Heart. She is able to easily defeat the monster. Her sister is safely returned and the two of them make up.

04	Twinkle ☆ Sunshine! Citrine Heart Takes The Stage!	Brachicoil	Onyx
	Clover transfers into Sinclair College Prep much to everyone's surprise. Later at lunch Clover asks about the school and its activities when Zacharie appears and urges her to join the Fashion club. He mentions that everyone in the school has been talking about her and would be thrilled to meet her. After school Zacharie asks Clover and Valerie if they would like to spend time with him, but Val has tutoring and Zacharie leaves with Clover. At Alex's house Valerie learns that Alex has a large family, and that Liam has a unique way of teaching. Afterward Liam walks Valerie home. The next day Zacharie shows up again and begins to drag Clover out for the movies. Clover snaps and tells him to leave her alone but immediately regrets it and runs off. Valerie follows to console her when Onyx appears and creates another Nightmare. The monster is too fast for them and without Sophie they are easily beaten. Zacharie appears later and Val lets her secret slip. He defends them from the monsters attack and his powers activate and he transforms into Citrine Heart. Later on, Alex and Liam meet Amber.

05	Could It Be Love?! Alex's Shocking Secret!	Various	Onyx and Labra
	Valerie goes to Alex's place for tutoring again, however it Liam and Alex aren't there. Valerie is relieved because she had been feeling sick lately. She believes it's because of the presence of a monster, but whenever they show up there isn't anything there. Later at school, Alex apologizes for missing their tutoring session and offers to take her on a "date" to make up for it. Sophie mentions that Alex seems weirdly "sparkly" lately, and Clover suggests that he might be in love. In English class, Val wonders what kind of person Alex could have fallen for. Suddenly Val feels sick again and tries to get out of class to check if its another monster, but Alex follows behind. When she checks it turns out there was nothing after all. Later, Val and her friends go from place to place to fight the Nightmares, but once again each time there is nothing there. Frustrated, Val goes home. Suddenly the news station plays a report on the monster sightings, with silhouetted photograph of a mysterious super heroine. Valerie calls her friends and they conclude that the photo is a picture of her. Valerie isn't convinced and Diana jokingly suggests that there is another hero they haven't met yet. Valerie checks the Ally tracker on her Link, and sure enough, there is two more people fighting. When they get to the scene they encounter the other two members just as they're finishing off the Nightmare. The gang is shocked when it turns out one of them is none other than Alex Harvey.

09	An Exciting First Date!!	Anatimosity	Onyx
	Val is working on her homework and decides to take a break for the afternoon when she gets text messages from all her friends. She decides to pick out one group to hang out with for the day, or none at all. Meanwhile, Opal is revealed to be suspended from Nightmare Duties due to poor work performance. He goes to Earth to buy cleaning supplies. On the way home Val senses a monster but Amber is too ill to fight, leaving the rest of the team to handle it without her. After defeating the monster, they reflect on their day together.
09A	Before hanging out with Liam, Alex, and Amber for ice cream, Valerie needs to help out with bringing in recently delivered supplies for the bakery. She brings in one friend to help out while the other two wait in the car. After helping out, Val's mom, Caroline, meets one of her new friends for the first time. At the ice cream parlor, Val decides on what kind of treat she should get since Liam is paying, and Amber decides to overindulge. Val and Amber tease Liam for his seeming lack of interests, and Liam expresses confusion about the inconsistency between their civilian and hero skills. Amber explains that it's due to some sort of magical instinct and Alex reveals his anxieties about the nature of his powers.
09B	Valerie decides to hang out with Sophie and Ethan for some much needed catching up.
09C	Valerie decides to hang out with Zacharie and Clover to go thrift shopping. Val and Zacharie try to come up with ways to convince Clover that used clothing isn't bad.
09D	Valerie ends up just wandering around with Diana until she runs into Chandra.

10	Halloween☆Night Magic	Haimadactyl	Labra
	It’s Halloween week and Valerie is very excited, Alex mentions he was invited to a Halloween party wants the gang to all come with him. Val wants to do a group cosplay with Ethan and Sophie, but Ethan refuses to cross-dress, so Zacharie fills in instead. Meanwhile at the Nightmare Agency, Druzy calls the generals and Chrysoberyl in to express her disappointment with them and Chrys reveals the data she compiled, stating that the team is stronger than they anticipated. Druzy becomes interested in the team upon hearing the name of the school, and disappears. The next day, Val races to school and runs into Chandra again and the two meet Molly. After a brief conversation, Molly decides to make Chandra her new friend. At lunch, Sophie expresses that Molly has a strange aura. Later, the gang all meets up for the Halloween event and Val hangs out and plays games until Labra throws a tantrum and summons a monster. Clover wins the costume contest and gives Zacharie the prize she won.

11	The Power of Friendship!! Our Growing Bonds	Snake and Badger	Opal and Onyx
	The gang is hanging out during lunch and many of them begin arguing. Valerie is able to de-escalate each of the arguments and help them come to an agreement, and Diana expresses amazement at how good at handling the team Val is, and that if Val wasn't around to keep them in line, they might not have gotten this far. Amber agrees and thinks they need to do something about this. At the Nightmare agency, Opal is allowed off suspension on the condition that Onyx chaperones him. The two butt heads and argue, but ultimately are stuck with each other. Later, Amber calls the team to their headquarters for a meeting, and suggests they split into smaller groups in order to train. Amber and Sophie, Liam and Clover, and Alex and Zacharie end up paired off, leaving Valerie as the left-over, and she chooses a team to group up with for the week.

	Clover announced to the team that Zacharie's birthday is this month, and its only fair they throw them a party! Clover invites Sophie, Valerie, and Diana to the party, insisting that only the girls are allowed. Val wonders why Amber isn't, and Amber says she'd rather not hang with Diana anyways. Alex decides to have Bro Time with Liam, and invites Amber and Ethan to hang out with them instead.
