Miracle Links
Miracle Links are the transformation devices utilized by the Monarch Generation of Crystal Warriors. They're formed and powered by a Crystal Warrior's conviction.
Appearance
[edit | edit source]The Miracle Link resembles a smartphone. It has a touch screen interface, a hole at the top for the camera, buttons on the side, and three buttons underneath the screen. The frame is made from a crystallized material in each of the warrior's colors, with a gold border on the sides. Valerie's Miracle Link has the front-facing camera embedded in a gold crown surrounded by small wings, and the two side buttons on the bottom being in the form of the sides of a bow.[1]
Watch Form
[edit | edit source]With the exception of Amber, who's Miracle Link is embedded in her arm-warmers, the Miracle Link takes the form of a bow with a heart shaped wrist watch in the center when transformed. This version features a large heart-shaped button in the center reflecting the warrior's gemstone, and six diamond-shaped buttons representing their team-mates. A star shaped button underneath the center button functions as a confirm key.
When in watch form, the Miracle Link is limited to back and forth communication between Crystal Warriors and GPS functionality. It is also voice sensitive and will react to it's users voice commands during fights.[2]
Functionality
[edit | edit source]The Miracle Link has all the functionality of a modern smartphone and is perfectly capable with communicating with outside devices. It's able to connect to the internet, send and receive text and multimedia messages, download and run applications, and is capable of video playback just as a modern smart phone would.[1][3][4] It also has a number of exclusive features available only to other Crystal Warriors.
- Transformation: As a henshin device, the Miracle Link allows it's users to transform into their Crystal Warrior alter ego. In order to transform, the user must press the activation buttons and the confirm button, activate the prompt with the transformation phrase "Crystal Heart Revolution!" ("Royal Heart Metamorphosis" for Valerie.) and trace the heart on the transformation prompt screen.[5]
- GPS Tracking: The Miracle Link tracks other Crystal Warriors and can reveal their location to their teammates.[1] When transformed, it will automatically display the exact location of each member of the team, but when on standby mode, it will only display their location if they happen to be in the same area that the map is currently focused on.[2][6]
- Emergency Alert: The Miracle Link detects high concentrations of dark energy and will send out an emergency signal to all Crystal Warriors informing them of the presence of a monster and it's whereabouts.[1]
- Automatic Distress Signal: The ability to send out an emergency distress signal to all Crystal Warriors informing them that a team mate needs help and the user's location.
